Sol Mental Health Foundation (SMHF) is a Los Angeles-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to improving the mental health of Spanish-speaking immigrants through bilingual psychotherapy, domestic violence classes and parenting classes to those who can’t afford it.

Our Services

Our expert-led classes and psychotherapy sessions are tailored to address specific needs, promote healthier relationships, and enhance overall well-being.

Parenting Classes

A curriculum designed for parents who lack parenting skills, assisting them in raising their kids without resorting to unsustainable methods.

Psychotherapy

Helping individuals at any stage of life to overcome mental health challenges and improve their quality of living.

Domestic Violence Classes

These classes are offered for perpetrators or victims of domestic violence, typically in group settings.

Where do we work?

We prioritize serving our clients in the Greater Los Angeles area, offering personalized assistance both in person and online. Our office is conveniently located in Harbor City, and we are committed to making home visits throughout Los Angeles County. Most of our clients are from South Central, Gardena, Wilmington, Compton, and Watts, and we strive to provide accessible and comprehensive support tailored to their needs.
