What We Do

Since 2003, Sol and her team have been providing mental health services to Spanish-speaking immigrants in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Our Mission

We are here to provide free therapy, parenting classes and domestic violence classes for those who can’t afford it. Hispanic immigrants in our community are facing immense challenges with little support available. Many families arrive seeking better opportunities but are often left vulnerable and unsupported, especially when it comes to mental health and family-related issues. We are here to change that.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a world where families have the opportunity to thrive starting from within. We are to support and provide quality, affordable, and culturally-sensitive health care and other services to the underserved communities of Greater Los Angeles regardless of their ability to pay in these communities we call home.

Our Reality

80% of Hispanic domestic violence victims do not seek help due to financial constraints

40% of Hispanic families in Los Angeles County live below the poverty line

45% of Hispanic children have experienced at least one adverse childhood experience

Hispanic children are 1.5 times more likely to attempt suicide than their non-Hispanic peers

70% of low-income Hispanic families report barriers to accessing mental health care.

1 in 3 Hispanic women experience domestic violence and sexual abuse in their lifetime

Let’s change that together.
